Depending on where your Doctor is registered (eg. Singapore or Malaysia), we work closely with well-established and reputable pharmacy partners, that fulfils the prescription issued by your Doctor. Both our pharmacy partners are registered and regulated by the strict standards of the prevailing national pharmacy regulators. This means that our pharmacy partners can only provide medications that are registered for sale in that jurisdiction. Once the prescriptions are dispensed/fulfilled and securely packed, G-MEDS specialized logistics partners will then deliver the prescriptions to both local international patients.

Payment is easy and can be done via your smartphone or PC. G-MEDS will send you a SMS and e-mail, that will contain your prescription, that was issued by your Doctor. All you have to do is to then click on the URL link (in the SMS or email) to review the prescription and enter your delivery address. You will then be prompted to make an online payment via debit/credit cards through a secured payment gateway. Once payment is successful, you will receive a Confirmed Order email so that you can track the status of your order.

The delivery lead-time and delivery rates depends on your delivery address/location.
Based on your delivery location, a confirmed prescription order usually takes around 2-8 business days to be delivered. Prescription orders are only confirmed and dispensed/shipped after successful payment from the patient/caregiver. Please refer to the following table as a reference.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

To deliver medications locally and internationally, G-MEDS charges a medication delivery fee. Please note that our international delivery fees exclude any applicable taxes, VAT, fees customs clearance charges required by the legal authorities of the countries involved.
