When I talk to people about my work, a common question often surfaces: “Isn’t it depressing to work in healthcare?” When people think of healthcare, they inevitably think of the bad things. Like hospitals and illnesses. What I see however, is love and the strength of the human spirit. To me, a career in healthcare is an extremely meaningful one. There was a 12% jump in the number of applicants for the polytechnics’ nursing course this year. This was a very encouraging and heartening piece of news for me because I’ve always felt that we need more good people in our industry. People who truly care. And for these people, the intangible rewards of a career in healthcare are tremendous.
That said, The Medical Concierge Group is hiring. We are looking for Private Healthcare Managers. If you have good medical knowledge, are meticulous, have good work ethic, and truly care about the healthcare of those who need it, send your resume to customercare@tmcg.com.sg.
Wishing you the best of health, Daniel Choo CEO, The Medical Concierge Group
