Avoid chemicals – avoiding the use of harsh chemicals and cleaning agents on the skin is a simple way to avoid your nails getting weak and keeping your nails healthy.
Take vitamins – adding vitamins to your diet that boost your intake of supplements which can help the growth of hair and nails can have a positive effect on your overall health. Alternatively, you can apply cuticle oils and vitamins directly onto the nails by putting a hole in the capsule and applying it to the nails.
